Judge Allows Alaska Troopergate Investigation to Continue

There's some unfinished business in Alaska that the American people hope to hear about, for better or for worse. And Judge Peter Michalski expects they will. On top of that, the aides will have to testify.

Michalski also threw out a lawsuit filed by Palin aides who had been subpoenaed to testify in the investigation. The aides had argued that the subpoenas should not have to be honored because they should not have been issued.

Regardless of the findings, the procedural advancement of the case strikes me as much needed sunlight.
